Yes, I know things have been pretty much dead here ^_^; I still enjoy keeping up on some fandoms, but haven't felt inspired by them for some time. This isn't surprising, as I have been inspired in a completely different direction; I will be a mother in about a month!!! I will be pouring my passion, energy and time into raising my little one, which will be a completely new challenge.

So, all the best to everyone here on devart on your respective passions on the future! If mine comes out through anime style art, I will be sure to post here, but it will more likely come from this direction.

I'm out to try new things this year, artistically. Although I still have alot of "fanart" juices flowing in me, I would like to try exploring different media and more scenic sorts of art as well. So, at the beginning of the year I started up a new home for my new art. I will still be putting up all of my fan/anime stuff up here, but will have my more original works up at the new account.

So far, I've put up some photography, and I have alot more where that came from. My plan is to paint from some of those to get myself back in shape ^_^;; Digital media is great, but you get to used to undoing things... not possible with paints!!!

Anyways, that's what the plan is!! I also wanted to try out the new deviant prints, but so far I'm not much impressed with their system. Much easier just to offer personally...

And I will be actually starting something new this year. It's still in the works, but I will keep you updated.

Sorry about my long absence and general slow activity here on devart. Life has been pretty hectic, with getting married, graduated, buying a house, new job... etc. ^_^; so, hobbies sort of go on the back burner. Still, I have been starting to sketch again and really want to get back into painting (and I even have evenings and weekends now that I'm out of school!!!) So, I will be back... eventually ^_^;;

Also, sorry if I haven't kept up with deviations here... I will go through them and try to comment on them, but they have piled up so fast that it's kinda overwhelming! So, sorry if I haven't yet!! Keep updating; I love the inspiration I find here on devart.

Well, I have been long absent here at devart... life's gotten pretty crazy lately. The semester is in full swing and I'm trying my darndest to get by. And.... I just got engaged! Wedding will happen in January, so preparation for that will eat alot of my time (especially since it's happening in India ^_^) I probably not update until sometime in the new year, but keep posted I have a few things accumulated and then wedding pictures of course.
